– Used to support normal b12 levels, healthy nervous system functions,
– Yes can take it at any time
– No does not need to be taken with food
– Can take it daily on a permanent basis as a supplement
– Yes fine to take with other medications
– No not good to give to a child
– Yes is fine to take whilst breastfeeding or pregnant, although is recommended to take under doctors advice in case dosages need changing
– Dosage is one drop under the tongue daily
– Pretty hard to overdose – b12 doesn’t have any side effects if high amounts were taken, but if concerned would contact doctors or Healthline
– Expires 3 months after opening
-Should be stored in a cool dark dry place
-Warnings very very very easy to understand and everything is logical and good to follow
-The dropper can be hard to only get one drop – sometimes drop sizes can vary
